The Brittany Condominium Association is run by an active community based Board and governs the community well. The association was formed for the purpose of maintaining the common areas of our community.  You will become a member of the Association the day you closed on your new home.

Some of the areas that are the focus for the Board of Directors includes:

  • Overall property management
  • Architectural control
  • Covenant and By-laws enforcement
  • Accounting and Finance

Each month the Board of Directors holds meetings on the business of The Brittany and all meetings are open to the public.

Additionally, there are committees to facilitate the community needs, currently there are the following committees:

  • Building and Grounds Committee 
  • Social Committee
